AnSoft Solutions ("we" or "the Organisation") operates the SadhakSanwad app, a closed internal tool for our volunteers. It is not available to the general public.
- What we collect
We collect your name, phone number, and other details when you register. We also collect basic usage information, such as which messages you have read or responded to.
- Why we collect it
We use this information solely to manage volunteer coordination within the Organisation — to send you relevant announcements, verify your membership, and help administrators reach the right people.
- Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes. We use a small number of trusted technology service providers to run the app, and they handle your data only as needed to provide their services.
- How long we keep it
Your data is kept while your account is active. If your account is closed or inactive, data is deleted or anonymised within 12 months.
- Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to us. We will respond within 30 days.
